Judith Belmont. Who is she? What does she do? Why?

In her pre-retirement years, Judy has gathered a lot of experience and wisdom. She generously contributes to the health of our society by offering her various clinical and personal experiences and, as displayed in Season 2 Episode 10 of Now’s The Time podcast: “Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT); Is It Innate?” Judy can expand on almost any topic relating to mental health and wellness - offering pertinent, easy to apply “here and now” practical applications, tips and tools, that if applied on a fundamental level, can be extremely beneficial.
Prior to retirement she has been a psychotherapist in private practice, a mental health and corporate trainer, a college adjunct faculty as well as a wellness conference speaker. She is the author of 11 mental health and self-help books and two therapeutic card decks. Her publishers include New Harbinger, WW Norton, Callisto Printing and Mental Health Publisher and PESI.
Currently she is a frequent guest on mental health and wellness podcasts and is a workplace wellness trainer for an online training company. She also has a fused glass studio in Naples where she enjoys teaching the art and fun of fused glass.
Judy holds an MS in Clinical Psychology from Hahnemann Medical College and a BS in Psychology from University of Pennsylvania.
