About

Dr. Tara Whiteman-Fager, DC

My Heartfelt Mission

My aspiration is to help my clients and readers reclaim or restore themselves.  As I see it, today’s lifestyle continuously challenges our ability to establish and maintain balance. Through my work, I coach by addressing the mental, emotional, physical and spiritual systems to help create homeostasis.

I live by, “if we KNOW differently, then we may DO differently.” This has helped me overcome adversity in all areas of my life for the totality of my life thus far. My aim is to use my lifetime acquired knowledge and experiences in the healing sciences to lead others, through the art of storytelling, to an enlightened state of self-awareness.

In short, I aim to assist people to LEARN and KNOW so that they may DO.

Warmly, Tara
