In this private workshop, you will be given the opportunity to hear about the history of tattooing; not only the culture of it but the practical purposes for it. Tara will share a deep and personal story regarding her journey from childhood to current day and explain how she recognized the art of tattooing as a healing modality for self.

Additionally, this workshop will offer guided journaling exercises and reflective practices based on important questions. This application tool may guide you into a space where you imagine up or re-awaken to your own internal healing capabilities and ideas. If not for healing, then, for the purpose of maintaining your self-care regiment.
