Welcome back Energy 101 attendees — and a call to new curious minds! We invite you to explore how energy influences the mind-body connection. We will touch on the science and spirituality behind it all. The GOAL is for guests to leave feeling a sense of entwinement among the two.
At this event, we’ll be working with crystals and journaling together in a safe space. We’ll also be introducing the power of oracle cards through a group reading experience.
