About the Event
Each MEPS Experience includes a themed activity. This one is Wind Chime Making with Two Tattooed Women. MEPS is short for the systems of our being: Mental, emotional, physical, and spiritual. BlueJean Painting and Now's The Time Integrative Health and Wellness Coaching Center aim to stimulate each guest in all four systems and provide a space for artistic expression.
There will be tea, story sharing, journaling, and wind chime making at this event.
