Energy 101 Chakras, Crystals, Cards or Placebo … Who Cares?

Join Coach Tara and Jennie as we lead you through a simple but enchanting journey regarding the key concepts behind energy and healing. We will explore the basics of chakras; one of the the body's most useful, convenient, and accessible energy systems. Together, we will work to unlock the curiosities that lay, just as your chakras do, within and beneath the surface of each individual. 

Learn how the chakras may impact our day to day living. Pick up coaching tools and tips including but not limited to, use of crystals and cards and how they may assist you in establishing, as well as maintaining, more life balance.

The intention is that you will leave this event with the ability to decide if these tools are for you and if so, under what premise...energy or placebo, both powerful resources in the realm of self-discovery, acceptance, and individual-driven healing.

There will be "magical" and practical anchor points provided to get you started on your personal journey and if that is not your path, well then, join us JUST FOR FUN!

We will kick off this event with a creative short story, followed by hands on learning opportunities and participate in practical application exercises with crystals and cards in an effort to discover their potential and purpose in self-care.
